Magnuson Park Hidden Haven

Magnuson Park Hidden Haven

This basement remodel—aptly named Hidden Haven—transformed an underutilized space into a luxurious, entertainment-ready retreat. The renovation began with lowering the floor to create a more spacious feel, setting the stage for a fully soundproof home theater. Designed for family movie nights and hosting friends, the theater features plush seating, rich finishes, and an intimate ambiance.

A sophisticated marble-top bar anchors the entertainment area, offering both style and functionality for gatherings. Custom millwork smartly addresses awkward corners, incorporating discreet storage solutions that keep the space uncluttered. A Murphy bed and twin beds—hidden within a built-in window seat—add flexible sleeping arrangements without compromising the sleek aesthetic.

Blending timeless design with modern convenience, Hidden Haven ensures durability for an active family lifestyle. The result is a versatile, high-end basement that’s as comfortable for quiet nights in as it is for hosting lively celebrations—proof that a thoughtful basement renovation can elevate a home’s livable space while enhancing its value.
